On their accounts, teachers have the ability to flag individual student or guardian accounts. This will immediately block the account’s ability to create a post or comment with that teacher, which can be a necessary action in certain situations. This article will guide you on how to know which accounts have been flagged and how to remove the flag on an account.
Select the Users tab in the Admin menu.
Select either the Guardians or Students tab. Either of these accounts have the ability to be flagged.
When an account has been flagged, a red flag icon will be displayed under the Flagged column.
Click on the flag icon to see the following information:
• Which teacher flagged this account
• When this account was flagged
• Teacher-created reason for why this account was flagged
Note: To remove the flag from this account, you can click on the Remove Flag button.
