With Chalk Conversations, teachers can create class-level announcements, as well as have direct conversations with students and/or guardians. Teachers have full control over whether these conversations can be one-on-one in nature or involve both students and guardians. There is even the ability to attach files, which can help efficiency and understanding between teachers and the students or guardians.
Note: Some Institutions have opted out of the Conversations feature. To enable this for your Institution or School, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for help!
Be sure to review these articles in order to fully understand how Admins can help their schools take advantage of the Conversations feature:
- How do I set my school’s Conversation settings?
- How do I know if a teacher has changed their Conversation settings?
- What is a flagged account in Conversations?
Note: This lesson is a group of resources based on the Admin functions and settings they can set for Conversations. For resources on how Teachers can use and take full advantage of Conversations, click here.
