Changing your subscription will depend on whether or not you've received a contract. This first guide is if you are still on a trial, and have no been sent a contract.
Select the navigation menu in the top left-hand corner, and click on the Admin option
Click on the Billing tab on the left sidebar
Click on Edit Plan
Select your new plan using the dropdown and click on Update Plan. Note: you can not change your plan to a tier below your current user count. Additionally, changing your plan will modify the amount billed.
If you have already received a contract from Chalk, follow these steps:
Step 1 & 2 as above
Click on View Plan
Click on Contact Us. This will open up an email to email@example.com. Let us know what you’d like to change your plan to, and we will respond to the request shortly with more information and next steps.
NOTE: A new contract and/or invoice will be sent in most of these cases.
