Chalk's live chat support is here to help, but sometimes we don't see exactly what you're seeing on your end. In order to help you better, it's often super helpful to send us a screenshot of your screen in order for us to fully understand what's happening.
This is a quick guide on how to do so through live chat.
Take a screenshot of your screen.

In the chat window, select the Options button at the bottom.
Select the Send a File option. This will open a window to select a file and attach it to the conversation for the chat agent to view!
