This article is a quick overview on how you can assign the same grade to multiple students at once. This option is handy for any teacher with large groups of students who were working together, performing the same task, or completed the same assessment. Here is a quick guide on how to do so through the assessment view and the table view!
Navigate to either the assessment view or the table view (for more information on how to do so, click here).
To grade in the Assessment View, select the Bulk Grade button.
To grade in the Table View, hover over the assessment you would like to grade and click the Bulk Grade icon.
Select the Students button to customize which students you would like to grade.
NOTE: The default of Bulk Grade will select all students in the section.
Include comments, attachments, and rubric for a rubric-based assessment.
Click “Grade” when you are done.
NOTE: Only the grade and content that you explicitly fill in will overwrite any existing content. For example, if you enter in a grade but not a comment, it will overwrite the grade and not the comment.
