Start by opening the main menu by tapping on the menu icon in the top left corner.
Tap Settings and then Send Feedback. You may also select Live Chat from the main menu if you would like immediate assistance (between 8am-4pm EST Monday through Friday).
Tap on Send Feedback under the Help subsection. Then, choose Contact Support to create a support ticket, Live Chat to start chatting with a Chalk customer support agent (between 8am-4pm EST Monday through Friday), and My Open Support Tickets to see any open support tickets you have!
